Founder & Lead Author — DrinkFitLab.com

I started DrinkFitLab because I was frustrated. Every time a new “miracle drink” went viral — pink salt water, oatzempic, hibiscus tea — I’d spend hours digging through PubMed abstracts and Reddit threads trying to find out if any of it actually worked. I figured I wasn’t the only one.

My background is in nutrition research and content, with years spent translating dense scientific literature into plain English for everyday health-conscious readers. I know how to read a study, spot a cherry-picked statistic, and call out a health claim that doesn’t hold up.

“I don’t care if something is trending. I care if it works — and if it’s safe. That’s the only standard DrinkFitLab publishes to.”

Every article on DrinkFitLab goes through the same process: identify the claim, find the evidence, run the recipe, check the safety profile, and write it up honestly — including the nuance that most “health hack” sites skip entirely. If something is preliminary science, I say so. If a drink has contraindications, I list them.

When I’m not writing about drinks, I’m probably making one. You can reach me directly at [email protected]

Our Standards

What DrinkFitLab stands for

Every piece of content on this site is built on the same three pillars — no exceptions.

🔬

Evidence First

We cite peer-reviewed studies, not influencer claims. When the science is limited, we say so — and we link you to sources so you can judge for yourself.

🧾

Total Transparency

No sponsored content disguised as editorial. No affiliate links that distort our recommendations. If something earns us a commission, it’s disclosed — clearly and upfront.

⚗️

Practical Recipes

We don’t just explain the science — we give you real, tested recipes with exact measurements, macros, and honest notes on taste, cost, and who should avoid them.

🛡️

Safety Always Included

Weight loss and blood-pressure claims are YMYL territory. Every relevant article includes a contraindications section and recommends professional consultation when appropriate.

📈

Trend-Aware, Not Trend-Chasing

We cover viral drink trends because our readers are curious about them — but we cover them critically, separating what’s genuinely useful from what’s just aesthetically appealing on TikTok.
